Structural repairs and rehabilitation of an existing 22,000 square foot concrete
building. The construction scope included shoring, scaffolding of 20’ deep pits for overhead work, selective demolition, and rehabilitation of cast-in-place concrete beams, columns, and double T’s via water blasting, corrosion inhibitors, epoxy injection, fiber reinforced polymer wrap, masticord bearing pads, and galvanized steel lateral restraints.
